Submit your application via the form Detailed information is collected to assess motivation, past experience, and expectations.

Preliminary analysis An initial screening is carried out by my assistant to ensure the application meets the minimum requirements and to clarify any doubts.

Selection for further evaluation (Handwritten and typed text: your story, goals, and your "Why") The candidate shares their story authentically, along with their goals and the deeper motivations behind the decision to begin the journey.

Final 20-minute video interview A direct and personal meeting to deepen mutual understanding and define expectations and commitments together.

Entry into the journey. Only after successfully completing all the previous stages is the candidate officially admitted to DualMent.
